摘要： 目的 :探讨动力原则在护理管理中的应用。方法 :开展多种形式的职业道德教育 ,给护士以精神动力 ;创造知识激励环境 ,增强信息动力 ;实施精神支持、物质奖励办法 ,稳定护理队伍。结果 :激活了护理人员进取成才的内在动力 ,提高了整体护理质量。结论 :动力原则在加快人才培养中具有重要作用。
