摘要： 为了解湖南省护理人力资源状况 ,对 2 0 0 1年湖南省护理人员的编制、学历和职称、地区分布进行了分析。 2 0 0 1年湖南省护理人员存在缺编现象 ,学历水平滞后 ,职称比例失调 ,学历与职称不成比例 ,护师配置地区公平性差。建议 :合理配备护理人员编制 ,加强人才培训 ,形成护理队伍的合理技术职称结构 ,合理开发和利用护理人力资源。
