摘要： 目的　通过对 2 12 9例住院病人的死亡时间的调查 ,分析病人死亡时间的规律 ,探讨护理对应措施。方法　调查泸医附院 1999年 1月 -2 0 0 3年 9月住院死亡病历 ,并进行人工计算和统计学分析。结果　 2 12 9例死亡病历中 ,死亡发生在夜间 12点以后至早晨 8Am之间的人数为 114 8人 ,占死亡人数的 5 4% ,其中死亡发生在 3Am -6Am的死亡人数为 719例 ,占夜间死亡人数的 63 %。结论　病人死亡时间主要集中在夜间。
