摘要： 介绍了江苏省护理学会学习贯彻《医疗事故处理条例》的具体做法。在认真调研的基础上,分析了护理人员在执业中可能涉及的法律问题及其对临床护理中的护患关系、医护关系以及护理文件的客观性描述等方面面临的困惑和挑战。针对这些挑战,开展培训,提高认识、转变观念。同时积极参与制定《江苏省病历书写规范》,组织专家对护理文件的书写进行培训,收到了较好的实际效果。
