摘要： 目的 探讨产妇医院感染状况及相应的护理措施。方法 对住院产妇医院感染情况进行回顾性分析。结果 4794例产妇中,发生医院感染77例,医院感染发生率为1.61％。77例医院感染中剖宫产49例,顺产28例,剖宫产感染率为2.85％,顺产感染率为0.91％。感染以呼吸道感染为主,其次是尿路感染。结论 根据产妇医院感染状况分析,针对感染的相关因素制订了加强宣教、呼吸道、留置尿管、切口护理等相应的护理措施,减少医院感染的发生。
