摘要： 在临床护理教学中实施目标教学这一先进教学方法,针对其出现的一系列问题如目标没有突出个体差异、缺乏有效控制、教学管理组织架构未健全、教师素质偏低等进行持续质量改进,取得了显著效果。

Abstract: It turned out remarkable effect that implement goals directed teaching in clinical nursing teaching. The new teaching method solved problems such as that the teaching goals didn' t given prominence to individual differences, that there was not any effecti
