摘要： 目的:探讨运用PDCA循环程序规避护理风险的有效方法。方法:对存在的问题制定一系列的工作计划和活动措施(P阶段),并按照计划措施认真执行(D阶段),定期检查是否达到预期目标(C阶段),最后根据结果进行总结,以指导今后工作(A阶段)。结果:通过4个周期的PDCA循环,护理差错、投诉、纠纷明显减少。结论:PDCA程序是科学解决问题的工作方法、工作程序,能显著规避护理风险。
