摘要： 目的:探讨分组模式在肿瘤专科医院手术室管理中应用的效果。方法:结合我院现状,将手术室护士按业务水平、年龄、职称等进行专科分组,并实行弹性工作制。结果:通过满意度测评,分组后手术医生满意度有明显提高。结论:通过护理分组管理,定期轮转,使手术医生对各专科组配合质量有了更加明确、直观的对比、评价。各专科组长积极征求相关科室意见,定期反馈,使科室与科室之间及时交流,提高了手术护理质量与效率。
