摘要： 临床对护理本科生的期望需求是多方面的,护理本科生临床能力基本体现了高等护理教育目标成效,在临床的护理工作中发挥了重要的作用,但实际能力表现与期望需求还存在一定的差距,因此,高等护理教育应进一步完善护理本科生的培养目标,建立科学的培养模式,加强本科生的综合素质教育培养和临床护理发展的信息获得,密切教学单位与临床的互通,增加专业的实力竞争力。
