摘要： 通过大量查阅文献,专家咨询,分析我国护理研究生培养实践过程的管理,探讨我国护理研究生在实践管理上的思路与方法。结果:目前我国护理研究生在实践培养环节上存在的主要问题有师资匮乏、师资能力水平低、培养目标单一以及护理研究生对实践过程的重视程度低等。提出解决问题的对策为加强师资培养、培养目标多元化、重视研究生的实践培养等。
