摘要： 为了进一步加强医院病区小药柜药品管理,确保病区小药柜药品能够正确使用、保管,特对某医院病区小药柜药品管理情况进行了调查,发现病区小药柜存在药品的有效期管理不落实、精神药品的管理不规范、未按要求贮存保养药品、注射剂批号及包装混杂、药品储存过量和积压等问题。在分析原因的基础上,提出了运用科学技术手段、建立有效制度、严格操作规范等措施。
