摘要： 目的转变服务观念,调动护士工作的积极性,增强工作主动性。方法以变革理论为指导,进行护理人员竞争上岗。结果基本形成了有激励、有竞争的运行机制,各科室人员配备更趋合理,病人满意度、护理质量明显提高。结论护理人员竞争上岗是增强激励机制的一种可行的方法。
