摘要： 目的:分析配置中心静脉药物常见不合理用药。方法:在审查处方时,药剂师对不合理处方进行归纳整理。结果:静脉药物输液存在溶媒选择不合理、载体量过小、给药方法不合理、配伍禁忌等现象。结论:通过及时纠正临床静脉用药中存在的问题,避免或减少了药品的毒副作用甚至事故的发生。
