摘要： 目的:了解住院精神病患者攻击行为的发生原因、攻击方式、攻击对象等特点和发生攻击行为的患者人群特点,给临床护理提供帮助。方法:对某精神病院1年来的住院患者病历资料和护理交班报告进行回顾性调查和分析。结果:男性、年轻、文化程度低、病程相对较短、新发病患者等是住院精神病患者攻击行为的危险因素。结论:及时正确的诊断和治疗,加强病房管理,是预防攻击行为的有效措施。
