患者门户在老年认知障碍患者中的应用进展

Abstract

Abstract: Patient portal based information sharing helps meet the unique needs of elderly patients with cognitive impairment in disease care. This article introduces and analyzes the overview, development status, feasibility and effectiveness, application difficulties, thoughts and countermeasures of the patient portal. Intending to provide new ideas for the application of patient portal in elderly patients with cognitive impairment in China, and to provide reference for improving the construction of localized information sharing platforms in China.
