Abstract: Objective: To summarize the evidence for the management of dysphagia in postoperative patients with oral cancer, in order to provide reference for clinical practice. Methods: We searched and analyzed guidelines, expert consensus, systematic reviews and experimental studies from relevant guideline and professional association websites and databases. After literature quality evaluation, we extracted and integrated the evidence, and finally obtained the evidence applicable to the clinical situation in China after expert discussion. Results: A total of 26 articles were included, and 19 recommendations were determined in 4 aspects, including management team, dysphagia assessment, swallowing rehabilitation training and complication prevention. Conclusion: The evidence for the management of dysphagia in patients with oral cancer after surgery can provide a reference for evidence transformation and clinical application. The evidence-based nursing practice should be carried out considering clinical practice and patient characteristics in the future.
