Abstract: Objective: To retrieve, appraise and summarize the evidence of bone safety management in breast cancer survivors. Methods: We searched guideline networks, databases and related websites based on the evidence pyramid model from the inception of databases to November 2021. Two researchers evaluated the quality of studies and level of evidence independently. Results: A total of 17 articles were included, including 5 guidelines, 8 systematic reviews and 4 expert consensus documents. A total of 24 evidence items were summarized from six aspects: bone safety assessment, lifestyle adjustments, bone health supplements, exercise interventions, drug interventions and pain management. Conclusion: Healthcare professionals should consider the characteristics of clinical environment and breast cancer survivors to select appropriate bone safety assessment methods and implement bone safety management interventions timely.
