Abstract: Objective: To systematically evaluate the actual experience of fertility counseling in breast cancer patients of childbearing age, so as to provide reference for formulating fertility counseling interventional programs. Methods: The databases were searched for qualitative studies on fertility counseling experience of breast cancer patients from their inception to April 2022. The quality of the articles was evaluated by the qualitative research quality evaluation standard of Australian Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Evidence-based Health Care Center, and the results were integrated by Meta-integration method. Results: A total of 11 articles were included, 36 research results were extracted, similar results were summarized and combined to form 3 integrated results and 7 categories. Integrated results: patients suffered from double pressure of cancer itself and fertility problems; patients faced decision-making dilemma; and positive fertility support factors. Conclusion: Breast cancer patients of childbearing age lack fertility counseling, and patients have reproductive decision-making conflicts. Medical staff should pay attention to patients' cognition and experience, and provide professional fertility counseling to help patients reduce their fertility worries and improve their quality of life.
