Abstract: Objective: To investigate the status quo of reproductive concerns in breast cancer patients in breeding age and analyze the influencing factors. Methods: The random sampling method was used to select 296 breast cancer patients of breeding age who were hospitalized in the department of breast oncology of a tertiary grade A hospital in Tianjin from September 2020 to August 2021 as research subjects. The Reproductive Concerns After Cancer scale, the Social Relational Quality Scale and the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire were used for survey. Results: The total score of reproductive concerns was 49.05±15.64. The related factors of reproductive concerns included age, number of children, family per capita monthly income, willingness to bear children, social relationship quality, cognitive reassessment, and expression inhibition, which accounted for 66.4% of the total variation. Conclusion: Breast cancer patients in breeding age were above medium level of reproductive concerns. Nursing staff should pay attention to their reproductive concerns, and use social relational quality and emotion regulation as the starting point to improve the quality of patients’ social relationship and guide patients to adopt cognitive reassessment strategies as an opportunity to formulate targeted intervention measures to reduce reproductive concerns in breast cancer patients of breeding age.
