Nursing human resource management in the fever clinic for COVID-19

Abstract: To summarize the nursing human resource management when coping with COVID-19 in the fever clinic and to provide references for emergency deployment of nursing staff during public health emergencies. We have given full play to the functions of nursing department to perfect the emergency organization, allocate nursing staff scientifically and effectively, offer intensive training and pay attention to the logistics departments and humanistic care, through which the efficiency and stability of nurses have been improved to support the work to fight COVID-19.
