Abstract: This paper introduces the general situation of Dementia Care Courses in Fooying University in Taiwan from the aspects of curriculum introduction, curriculum objectives, teaching content arrangement, teaching methods and assessment methods. Combined with the status quo of aged care education in mainland China, this paper proposes that the old care professional curriculum should be further improved. Content, optimize teaching methods, highlight the main role of students, implement multiple assessment methods, and improve students' professional ability in aged care.
