Abstract

Abstract: This paper analyzes and summarizes five theoretical models of the second victim recovery path in foreign countries in order to provide enlightenment for the development and construction of the second victim recovery theory model in the context of patient safety culture in China. This article helps to improve the relevant scholars' overall understanding on the general rule of second victim recovery, and provides a theoretical framework for subsequent targeted intervention research and practice.
