Abstract: Objective: To retrieve relevant domestic databases, analyze common methodology problems in evidence summary in nursing based on the core elements of evidence summary made by Joanna Briggs Institute and explore writing skills so as to provide reference for producing evidence summary. Methods: The "evidence summary" was used as the key term to search the evidence summary papers published in CNKI, Wanfang Data and VIP in recent 5 years. The common methodology problems were summarized and the corresponding processing strategy and writing skills were discussed. Results: A total of 78 evidence summary papers were included. The common methodology problems included selection of evidence-based questions, retrieval of evidence, inclusion and exclusion criteria, evidence evaluation, evidence classification, and the recommendation level. Conclusion: Standardized evidence summary and reporting methods will facilitate clinical decision-making.
