Abstract: Objective: To establish a management plan for lower extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) in renal transplant patients. Methods: From January to June 2022, literature analysis and Delphi method were used to determine the management plan of lower limb DVT in renal transplant patients, and the weight of each item was set. Results: A total of 25 experts were interviewed by correspondence for two rounds. The effective recovery rate of the questionnaire was 100.0%. The authority coefficients of the experts in the two rounds were 0.906 and 0.898, respectively. The coordination coefficients of the experts in the two rounds were 0.236 and 0.181, respectively. All the P values were <0.001. Finally, the management scheme of lower limb DVT in renal transplant patients was formed with three first level items, 12 second level items and 38 third level items. Conclusion: The management scheme of lower extremity DVT in renal transplant patients is scientific and reliable, which provides a valuable reference for the prevention of lower extremity DVT in renal transplant patients.
