The practice of internet-based management rehabilitation nursing mode in stroke patients

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the effects of applying internet-based management rehabilitation nursing mode in stroke patients. Methods: The patients admitted to the Department of Neurology from September 2020 to April 2021 were recruited. They were divided into different groups according to the order of admission, with 57 patients admitted from September to December 2020 as control group, who received routine rehabilitation nursing, and 57 patients admitted from January to April 2021 as intervention group, who received internet-based management rehabilitation nursing mode on the basis of the control group. Exercise compliance, motor function, ability of daily living and quality of life score were compared between two groups. Results: The improvement of exercise compliance, motor function, daily living ability and quality of life in the intervention group were significantly better than those in the control group at 3 months and 6 months after discharge (P<0.05). Conclusion: The internet-based management rehabilitation nursing mode effectively improve the exercise compliance, promote the recovery of motor function, enhance their ability of daily living, and effectively improve their quality of life, which is worthy of clinical application.
