Abstract: Objective: To understand the research status of Post-Traumatic Growth among nurses and the main influencing factors. Methods: The scoping review was conducted under the framework proposed by Arksey and O'Malley, we searched the studies about nurses' Post-Traumatic Growth in PubMed, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, CNKI, WanFang Data, VIP and CBM. Two researchers independently screened and extracted data. Results: Totally 33 literature were included and published from 2008 to 2021. The included research showed that nurses experienced different levels of Post-Traumatic Growth after direct or indirect trauma. The main influencing factors could be summarized into five aspects: sociodemographic factors, trauma related factors, psychological related factors, coping styles and social support. Conclusion: In the future, it is necessary to standardize the use of Post-Traumatic Growth measurement tools and further explore the controversial factors affecting Post-Traumatic Growth. Managers can promote nurses to adopt effective coping styles and give good social support to achieve nurses' Post-Traumatic Growth.
