Abstract: Objective: To investigate the level of kinesiophobia in patients with first-onset Acute Myocardial Infarction and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide reference for the intervention of exercise rehabilitation among those patients. Methods: A total of 342 patients with first-onset Acute Myocardial Infarction in 3 tertiary grade A hospitals in Xinxiang were selected from October 2020 to June 2021 by using the convenient sampling method. The patients were investigated by using the demographic information questionnaire, the Chinese version of the Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia Heart, the Stanford Acute Stress Reaction Questionnaire, the General Self-Efficacy Scale, and the Social Support Rating Scale. Multiple Linear regression analysis was used to study the influencing factors of kinesiophobiam patients with first-onset Acute Myocardial Infarction. Results: The total score of kinesiophobia in patients with first-onset Acute Myocardial Infarction was 26-66 (47.57±9.27). Multiple linear regression analysis results showed that professional status, treatment modes, acute stress disorder, and self-efficacy were important factors that affected the level of kinesiophobia in patients with first-onset Acute Myocardial Infarction. Conclusion: Patients with first-onset Acute Myocardial Infarction have a relatively high level of kinesiophobia. Medical staff should pay attention to the early assessment and intervention of first-onset Acute Myocardial Infarction patients' kinesiophobia, improve their cognitive level of exercise rehabilitation, promote their active participate in cardiac rehabilitation exercise training, and improve their quality of life.
