Abstract: The current status of diabetes foot risk pre-control management in foreign countries was analyzed from the perspectives of risk classification, three-level pre-control network, professional and cooperative care team, and health education of patients and caregivers. It is suggested that the integrated management of "risk screening-risk grading-risk pre-control and follow-up recommendation", multidisciplinary care under the linkage of hospital-community, continuous improvement of patients' self-management ability and personalized pre-control measures of diabetic foot risk should be strengthened in diabetic foot risk pre-control management in China.
