Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of group dynamics intervention based on the self-management and quality of life in young hemodialysis patients. Methods: The satuation of young hemodialysis patients, self-management was investigated in the hemodialysis centre. Forty-one young haemodialysis patients were randomly assigned into an intervention group (n=20) and a control group (n=21). The intervention group received education based on group dinamics intervention program which last for eight weeks and the control group received routine health education in the hospital. Results: After intervention, the scores of self-management and quality of life in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The health education based on group dynamis intervention program could improve the self-management and quality of life in young hemodialysis patients.
