Abstract: Objective: To conduct a scoping review on home-based exercise rehabilitation for patients with coronary heart disease, aiming to understand the current status of outcome indicators in related research and provide references for future clinical studies and the formulation of outcome indicator guidelines. Methods: Computer-assisted manual systematic search was conducted in domestic and foreign databases for relevant literature on home-based exercise rehabilitation for patients with coronary heart disease. The search period was from January 1, 2019 to January 31, 2025. Data were extracted from the included literature, and the outcome indicators were classified according to the outcome indicator framework published by Susanna Dodda review and COMET Manual. Results: A total of 92 studies were finally included, and the outcomes were classified into 5 core domains and 22 node domains. The 5 core domains included physiological/clinical, life impact, adverse events, mortality, and resource use. Conclusion: The studies on home-based exercise rehabilitation for patients with coronary heart disease show significant heterogeneity in outcome indicators, measurement time span, and unclear primary and secondary outcome indicators. In the future, a core indicator set for the effectiveness of home-based exercise rehabilitation for patients with coronary heart disease can be constructed.
