Abstract: Objective: To summarize the evidence on psychological evaluation and intervention of patients undergoing Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, and provide reference for medical staff. Methods: The evidence on perioperative psychological assessment and intervention of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery patients was searched in line with the "6S" pyramid evidence model, which covered clinical decisions, guidelines, systematic reviews, and expert consensus. The search time was from the database inception to December 7, 2024. The literature quality was evaluated, and evidence was extracted from the literature meeting the set quality criteria. Results: A total of 18 literature were included, consisting of 6 guidelines, 2 expert consensus articles, and 10 systematic reviews. Nineteen evidences were summarized, falling into 3 categories: evaluation intervention team, psychological assessment, and psychological intervention. Conclusion: This study offers evidence-based proof for the psychological care of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery patients, helping clinical medical staff to assess and address patients' psychological problems.
