Abstract: Objective: To extract, analyze and summarize the relevant evidence of exercise management for colorectal cancer survivors, aiming to provide evidence for nursing practice of exercise intervention for colorectal cancer survivors. Methods: The literature on exercise management of colorectal cancer survivors was systematically searched from domestic and foreign databases until December 31, 2023. The quality of the included literature was evaluated, and the evidence was extracted and integrated based on. Results: A total of 15 studies were included, including 1 clinical decision, 2 guidelines, 1 expert consensus and 9 systematic reviews, 2 randomized controlled trials. Finally, fifteen evidences were summarized from four aspects, including preparation before exercise, exercise type, exercise program, and exercise support. Conclusion: This study summarizes the evidence of exercise management in colorectal cancer survivors, and provides evidence-based evidence for health care workers to develop safe, standardized and effective exercise programs.
