Abstract: With the development of positive psychology, scholars pay more and more attention to patients' family resilience, which contributes to understanding family adversities and family adjustment from the priority perspective. Family, which exists in a complex ecosystem, could be influenced by multilevel factors. Studies showed that some factors affected family resilience, which were disease severity, posttraumatic growth, individual resilience, caregiver burden, social support and so on. Attaching importance to culture, identifying adjustment variables, and paying more attention to dynamic do good to find out influencing factors, which provide references for clinical practice.
