Abstract: We set up special nursing posts to strengthen nursing preparation before coronary CT examination. The good image quality rates in the study group and in the control group was 89.130% and 58.696%, respectively. The difference had significance (P<0.01). We found out that the key point for nursing preparation before coronary CT examination was breathing exercises and the nursing staff in CT room should pay more attention to nursing preparation before coronary CT examination.
