摘要： 在国家出台相关政策的帮扶下，我国艾滋病疫情已得到了较好的控制。新四个“95%”目标的提出，为我国艾滋病护理事业的发展带来了新的机遇和挑战。基于此，概述不同时期我国艾滋病防治相关政策及护理人员所承担角色的变迁，为相关政府组织部门制订政策及相关专科护理的发展提供一定的参考。

Abstract: China has enacted a series of polices to control HIV/AIDS epidemic. With the new four "95%" target were proposed, it has brought new opportunities and challenges for the development of AIDS nursing care in China. The article discusses the change of the role of nursing staff with the development of HIV/AIDS related policies in different periods, to provide reference for the relevant government departments and related specialized nursing care in the future.
