医院感染控制人员工作投入现状及其影响因素分析

Status quo and influencing factors of job involvement among healthcare-associated infection control professionals

摘要: 目的:调查医院感染控制人员工作投入现状并分析其影响因素。方法:于2020年3月采用便利抽样法,从我国20个省份3 776家医院的医院感染管理科抽取9 228名医院感染控制人员为研究对象,采用工作投入量表、组织支持感量表进行横断面问卷调查。结果:医院感染控制人员工作投入总得分为(80.72±15.02)分,条目均分为(5.05±0.94)分。多元线性逐步回归分析结果显示,年龄、医院感染管理科工作年限、婚姻状况、岗位类别、专业背景、兼职情况、每周平均工作时长、平均月收入、医院所属经济地区、医院性质、组织支持(利益关心、工作支持和价值认同)情况是医院感染控制人员工作投入的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:医院感染控制人员工作投入处于较高水平,建议管理者提高医院感染控制人员薪资待遇,创造支持性的工作环境以提升医院感染控制人员的组织支持感,进而促进其更好地投入工作。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the status quo of job involvement among healthcare-associated infection control professionals in China and to analyze its influencing factors. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 9228 healthcare-associated infection control professionals from 3776 hospitals, 20 provinces in China by using Utrecht Work Engagement Scale and Perceived Organizational Support Scale. Results: The total score of job involvement of healthcare-associated infection control professionals was 80.72±15.02, and the average score of items was 5.05±0.94. Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that age, working years in healthcare-associated infection management department, marital status, job position, professional background, whether having part-time job, working hours per week, average monthly income, economic region the hospital belongs to, characteristics of the hospital, perceived organizational support (including support for work, concerns for interests, and value identity) were the influencing factors of job involvement of healthcare-associated infection control professionals (P<0.05). Conclusion: The job involvement of healthcare-associated infection control professionals in China is relatively high. It is suggested that managers should improve the salary of healthcare-associated infection control professionals, and create a supportive working environment to enhance the perceived organizational support of healthcare-associated infection control professionals, so as to promote them to work better.
