护理部主任视角下综合医院新入职护士培训管理现状与对策

Current situation and countermeasures of training management of newly graduated nurses in general hospitals from the perspective of nursing directors

摘要: 目的:从护理部主任视角出发,了解综合医院新入职护士培训管理现状、挑战及对策,以期为进一步变革管理和完善政策提供参考。方法:采用半结构式访谈法,于2020年7月—8月深入访谈我国9名综合医院的护理部主任,使用Colaizzi?7步分析法对访谈资料进行整理分析。结果:根据访谈结果归纳形成3个主题和10个亚主题,3个主题分别为培训管理保障、培训管理的挑战与对策以及对未来培训管理的展望。结论:护理部主任采取各种措施应对培训挑战,加强对培训的管理,在培训师资建设、评价体系等方面仍有待进一步完善和优化,以进一步提高培训效果,建设高质量护理人才队伍。

Abstract: Objective: To understand the current situation, challenge and countermeasures of the training of newly graduated nurses from the views of nursing directors in general hospitals, so as to provide reference for implementing management reform and perfecting policy. Methods: Semi-structured interview method was applied to conduct in-depth interviews with the directors of nursing departments of 9 general hospitals in China from July to August of 2020, and Colaizzi 7-step analysis was used to sort out and analyze the data. Results: According to the interview results, training management guarantee, challenges and countermeasures of training management, and the prospect of training management in the future 3 themes and 10 sub-themes were formed. Conclusion: The directors of nursing departments take various measures to meet challenges and strengthen the management of training. The construction of training teachers and evaluation system still need to be further improved and optimized, so as to further improve the training effect and build a high-quality nursing talent team.
