LEARNS模式在心力衰竭患者门诊随访健康教育中的应用

Application of LEARNS Model in health education for outpatients with Heart Failure

摘要: 目的:分析LEARNS模式在心衰患者门诊随访健康教育中的应用效果。方法:2019年6月至2020年10月,采用随机数字表法将100例北京市某三级甲等医院门诊随访的心衰患者随机分为干预组和对照组,各50例,进行为期3个月的干预,对照组接受常规心衰门诊随访健康教育,干预组接受基于LEARNS模式的健康教育。在干预前、干预3个月后分别对两组患者进行Atlanta心衰知识问卷、欧洲心衰自我护理行为量表和心衰疾病相关指标的评价。结果:干预3个月后,干预组患者心衰相关知识、自我护理行为、B型利钠肽水平较对照组改善明显(P<0.05),NYHA心功能分级Ⅰ级所占比例高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于LEARNS模式的健康教育可改善心衰患者的疾病相关知识、自我护理行为情况,以及NYHA心功能分级和B型利钠肽水平。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of application of LEARNS Model in health education for outpatients with Heart Failure. Methods: Totally 100 outpatients with heart failure were randomly divided into intervention group and control group using random number table from June 2019 to October 2020. The intervention group consisted of 50 cases and control group consisted of 50 cases. The nursing intervention lasted 3 months. The intervention group received health education based on LEARNS Model, while the control group received routine health education during outpatient follow-up. The Atlanta Heart Failure Knowledge Test-V2 (AHFKT-V2), the European Heart Failure Self-care Behavior Scale (EHFScBS) were applied and heart failure related indicators were evaluated at the beginning and end of nursing intervention respectively. Results: At the end of intervention, the scores of AHFKT-V2, EHFScBS and B-type Natriuretic Peptide (BNP) of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The number of NYHA I of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Health education based on LEARNS Model can significantly improve the disease-related knowledge, self-care behavior, NYHA grade and BNP of outpatients with heart failure.
