摘要： 本文在文献回顾的基础上，对加强临床表现和医疗安全的团队策略与工具（Team Strategies & Tools to Enhance Performance＆Patient Safety，TeamSTEPPS)课程的内容及临床应用现状进行综述，并对今后在临床工作中进一步推广该培训课程的价值及意义进行阐述。
Abstract: The content and the current clinical application of the "Team Strategies & Tools to Enhance Performance & Patient Safety (TeamSTEPPS)" were summarized in this paper basing on relevant literature reviews. In addition, the value and implication of the promotion of TeamSTEPPS in future practice was further elucidated.
