我国航空医疗救援护士培养模式研究

摘要: 目的:分析适合我国国情的航空医疗救援护士培养模式,建立适合我国国情的航空医疗救援护士资质准入标准与培训标准。方法:回顾性分析我中心2010年9月至2016年9月航空医疗救援护士的培训情况,总结我中心近6年航空医疗救援护士培训的实践经验。参照国家卫生计生委《专科护理领域护士培训大纲》和国内外各专业专科护士培养方法,结合北京市护理专业特点和专科护士培训要求,制定航空医疗救援护士培训计划。培训内容为医学相关知识、航空飞行相关知识和综合性培训。采用集中理论授课、情景模拟培训、案例分析和临床实践相结合的方法进行授课。通过专业培训考核,其中客观结构化临床考试30%,理论考核15%,操作考核15%,学习报告15%,专科护理综述书写15%,培训考勤5%,培训表现5%,总分80分以上为合格,给予资格认证。认证满5年后进行复训,考核合格给予延续认证。结果:共培养航空医疗救援护士30人,平均考核成绩86.7分。通过系统专业培训,护士的航空救援相关知识与专业理论知识、操作技能与综合素质得到显著提高。结论:我中心航空医疗救护护士培训取得显著效果,是培养航空医疗救援护士的有效模式。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the training mode of aviation medical rescue nurse specialist suitable for Chinese national conditions, and to establish the qualification standards and training standards for the aviation medical rescue specialist. Methods: Retrospectively analyzed the training situation of the aviation medical rescue specialist nurses in our center from September 2010 to September 2016, and summed up the practical experience of the training of the aviation medical rescue specialist in the past 6 years. We made a training plan for aviation medical rescue specialist nurses according to "specialist nursing nurse training program" issued by the National Ministry of Health and the professional training of the specialist nurses at home and abroad, combined with the characteristics of nursing professional and the training of specialist nurses in Beijing. Training content included medical knowledge, knowledge related to aviation flight and comprehensive training. The methods of teaching, situational simulation training, case analysis and clinical practice were used in teaching. Through professional training and examination, in which objective structured clinical examination accounted for 30%, theory examination 15%, operational examination 15%, study report 15%, nursing review writing 15%, training attendance 5% and training performance 5%, above 80 points was qualified and given certification. Re-training was conducted after 5 years of certification, and continuing certification was given if qualified. Results: A total of 30 nurses accepted aeromedical rescue training, and the mean score of examination achievement was 86.7. Through the systematic professional training, nurses' knowledge related to the aviation rescue, specialized knowledge, skills and comprehensive quality were improved significantly. Conclusion: The training of aviation medical care nurse specialist achieved significant effects in our center, which was an effective mode to train aviation medical care nurse specialist.
