摘要： 目的：对急性冠脉综合征出院患者药物素养进行调查，分析影响其药物素养的相关因素并探讨护理对策。方法：便利选取253例在我院确诊为急性冠脉综合征的患者作为研究对象，采用中文版出院患者药物素养问卷进行调查。结果：急性冠脉综合征出院患者药物素养得分为（4.75±1.42)分，年龄、受教育年限对急性冠脉综合征出院患者的药物素养有影响（P<0.05）。结论：急性冠脉综合征出院患者药物素养水平不理想，医护人员应采取相应的措施来提高患者药物素养。
Abstract: Objective: To investigate medication literacy of discharged patients with acute coronary syndrome and analyze its influencing factors. Method: A total of 253 discharged patients with acute coronary syndrome was investigated with the Medication Literacy Questionnaire for discharged patients. Results: The score of medication literacy was (4.75±1.42). Two variables which had significant difference on medication literacy of discharged patients with acute coronary syndrome were age and education level (P<0.05). Conclusions: Medication literacy of discharged patients with acute coronary syndrome is not high enough, and medical staff should take corresponding measures to help patients improve it.
