摘要： 目的：调查ICU护理人员失禁性皮炎（IAD)的认知和护理行为现况，为进行护士失禁性皮炎培训提供依据。方法：采用自行设计的IAD知信行问卷对全国共21个省、2个直辖市共486名ICU护士进行纸质版和网络问卷调查。结果：ICU护士对失禁性皮炎的认知程度和护理行为得分低，对失禁性皮炎态度得分较高。结论：ICU护士对失禁性皮炎的认知程度和临床护理能力有待提高，需要进行相关培训，提高护士对失禁性皮炎的认识，并进行积极的探索研究，制定适合临床需求的失禁性皮炎护理流程，促进IAD护理的规范化。
Abstract: Object: To explore the knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) of Incontinence-Associated Dermatitis (IAD) among ICU nurses. Methods: Self-designed questionnaire was applied to investigate the KAP of 486 ICU nursing staff in 21 provinces and 2 cities in China. Results: The scores of KAP from high to low were attitude, knowledge and practice. Conclusion: The knowledge and practice about IAD of ICU nurses need to be improved. On site training about IAD is necessary to enhance the nurses' KAP. It is expected the nurses provide high quality nursing care to patients with IAD.
