摘要： 乳腺专科护士在乳腺癌综合治疗团队中具有多重作用，他们是综合治疗团队的管理者、专业意见的提供者，还是医院与患者之间沟通的桥梁。本文从乳腺专科护士的概念、乳腺癌多学科综合治疗（Multidisciplinary Treatment，MDT)团队的组成与作用及乳腺专科护士在乳腺癌多学科综合治疗中的作用三方面进行综述。为我国乳腺专科护士的培养提供一定的借鉴。
Abstract: Specialist Breast Nurses (SBN) play different roles in Multidisciplinary Team (MDT), which include administrators, information providers and coordinators between health providers and patients. This article aims to explain the definition of SBN, the composition and function of breast cancer MDT, and the necessity of the SBN during the process of comprehensive treatment in order to help the SBN guide future clinical practice.
