儿科护理硕士专业学位研究生临床教学模式的改革

Clinical teaching mode for pediatric Master of Nursing Specialist

摘要: 目的:对儿科护理硕士专业学位(Master of Nursing Specialist,MNS)研究生临床教学模式进行改革,为培养高层次应用型的儿科护理专科人才奠定基础。方法:采用三级临床教学模式,从管理制度、组织结构、教学计划、内容与方法、师资建设、考评标准等方面对我院儿科MNS的临床教学进行为期6个月的改革,并通过问卷调查测量改革前后儿科MNS核心能力的变化。结果:儿科MNS的核心能力总分由144.94(33.30)分提升至167.88(25.32)分,且临床护理、评判性思维/科研、教育/咨询、专业发展、人际关系维度均有所提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中临床护理、评判性思维/科研、教育/咨询维度的增幅最大。结论:改革后的临床教学模式能有效促进儿科MNS核心能力特别是临床护理、评判性思维/科研、教育/咨询等能力的提升。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the characteristics of Chinese clinical teaching mode for pediatric Master of Nursing Specialist, and to lay the foundation for the training of high level application talents of pediatric nursing specialists. Methods: We used three level clinical teaching mode for pediatric Master of Nursing Specialist for a period of 6 months intervention in a certain university hospital from the management system, organizational structure, teaching plan, content and methods, the construction of teachers, evaluation criteria and other aspects, and tested the core competence before and after the intervention through the questionnaire survey. Results: The core competence score of pediatric master of nursing specialist increased from 144.94 (33.30) to 167.88 (25.32). Clinical nursing, critical thinking / scientific research, education/consulting were the largest increasing dimensions. The total score and dimension scores of clinical nursing, critical thinking/scientific research, education/ counseling, professional development, interpersonal relationship dimensions had significant difference before and after intervention (P<0.05). Conclusion: The establishment of holistic clinical teaching mode can effectively promote the core competencies of pediatric master of nursing specialist, especially in clinical nursing, critical thinking / scientific research, and education/ counseling.
