变革型领导行为对重症监护室护士创新效能感的影响

Influence of head nurses' transformational leadership behaviors on ICU nurses' innovative efficacy

摘要: 目的:调查重症监护室(ICU)护士感知护士长变革型领导行为,分析其对护士创新效能感的影响。方法:选取409名ICU护士为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、变革型领导行为调查问卷和创新效能感量表进行问卷调查。结果:ICU护士感知护士长变革型领导行为得分为(99.49±18.52)分;创新效能感得分为(71.23± 15.61)分;ICU护士感知的护士长变革型领导行为中的个性化关怀、愿景激励为护士创新效能感的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:变革型领导行为可以对ICU护士的创新效能感起到积极的促进作用,ICU护士长应当适当采取变革型领导行为进行护理管理,促进ICU护士的创新效能感水平,提高ICU护理服务质量。

Abstract: Objective: To explore and understand the influence of head nurses' transformational leadership behaviors on ICU nurses' innovative efficacy. Methods: Totally 409 ICU nurses from three hospitals were selected to join the study, using the general information questionnaire, head nurses' transformational leadership behaviors scale and innovative efficacy scale for investigation. Results: The average score of transformational leadership behaviors scale was 99.49±18.52 points, the avarage score of ICU nurses' innovative efficacy was 71.23±15.61 points. ICU nurses' professional title an head nurses' transformational leadership behaviors scores were main influence factors of ICU nurses' innovative efficacy (P<0.05). Conclusion: Since transformational leadership behaviors could play a positive role in improving nurses' innovative efficacy, head nurses should properly adopt transformational leadership behaviors to arouse and promote the innovative efficacy of ICU nurses andimprove the quality of ICU nursing service.
