护理专业学生网络自主学习评价量表的编制及信度效度检验

Development and reliability and validity test of online self-regulated learning assessment scale for nursing students

摘要: 目的:编制护理专业学生网络自主学习评价量表并检验其信度、效度。方法:通过文献回顾和专家咨询拟定初始量表。选取375名护理专业学生进行预试,通过临界比值法、相关性分析、探索性因子分析和内部一致性检验筛选条目。选取527名护理专业学生进行正式测试,采用验证性因子分析、信度检验评价其信度、效度。结果:正式量表包括8个维度,共36个条目,累积方差贡献率为63.331%。验证性因子分析显示,卡方自由度之比(χ2/df)=2.345,近似误差均方根(RMSEA)=0.051,拟合优度指数(GFI)=0.862,规准适配指数(NFI)=0.862,增值适配指数(IFI)=0.916,非规准适配指数(TLI)=0.904,比较适配指数(CFI)=0.915。量表内容效度指数为0.978,校标关联效度为0.547(P<0.01),Cronbach’s α系数为0.931,重测信度为0.816。结论:该量表具有良好的信度、效度,可用于测评护理专业学生的网络自主学习状况。

Abstract: Objective: To develop an assessment scale of online self-regulated learning for nursing students and to test its reliability and validity. Methods: The initial scale was formulated through literature review and expert consultation. A total of 375 nursing students were investigated to screen items using critical ration, correlation analysis, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and internal consistency. A total of 527 nursing students were recruited to conduct formal investigation to evaluate the psychometric characteristics by Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and reliability test. Results: The formal scale included 36 items belonging to 8 dimensions. EFA revealed that 8 factors accounted for 63.331% of the accumulated variances. CFA indicated:χ2/df=2.345, RMSEA=0.051, GFI=0.862, NFI=0.862, IFI=0.916, TLI=0.904, CFI=0.915. The scale-level content validity index is 0.978. The criterion-related validity was 0.547 (P<0.01). The Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.931. The test-retest reliability was 0.816. Conclusion: As an instrument with good reliability and validity, this scale could be used to assess the condition of nursing students' online self-regulated learning.
