摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：对危重患者肠内喂养障碍问卷（Barriers to Enteral Feeding Critically Ill Patients Questionnaire)进行汉化，并检验其信效度。方法：汉化英文版问卷，并经专家委员会及预实验调适条目形成最终的中文版问卷；抽取杭州市5家三级甲等医院的345名ICU护士和通过浙江省ICU护理公共平台抽取的200名浙江省ICU护士进行问卷调查，验证中文版问卷的信效度。结果：中文版问卷共包含19个条目，3个维度，累计方差贡献率为69.084％，Cronbach’s α系数为0.875，重测信度为0.825。条目水平的内容效度指数（I-CVI)为0.88～1.00，S-CVI/Ave为0.98。中文版问卷的各维度间及各维度与问卷总分间的相关系数（r值)为0.613～0.928。验证性因子分析结果χ2/df=2.110、均方根残差（RMR)=0.150、渐进残差均方和平方根（RMSEA)=0.075、拟合优度指数（GFI)=0.853、调整拟合优度指数（AGFI)=0.812、非规范拟合指数（TLI)=0.835、增值拟合指数（IFI)=0.859、比较拟合指数（CFI)=0.856、简约拟合指数（PGFI)=0.669。结论：中文版ICU患者肠内喂养障碍问卷具有良好的信效度，可为我国ICU护理人员评估患者肠内营养的实施状况提供有效的检测工具。

Abstract: Objective: To translate Barriers to Enteral Feeding Critically Ill Patients Questionnaire, and to test its reliability and validity. Methods: English version of the questionnaire was translated and back-translated according to Brislin translation model. The reliability and validity of the final Chinese version of the questionnaire was tested on a sample of 545 ICU nurses (345 in Hangzhou tertiary grade A hospital) in Zhejiang Province. Results: Chinese version of the questionnaire included 19 items and 3 subscales. Three factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis, which could explain 69.084% of total variance. The Cronbach's α coefficient (0.875) and test-retest reliability (0.825) was acceptable. The range of item-level content validity index (I-CVI) was from 0.88 to 1.00. The average of scale-level content validity index (S-CVI/Ave) was 0.98. The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that all obtained fit values were satisfactory with Chi-square/degrees of freedom 2.110, Root Mean Square Residual 0.150, Root Mean Square Error of Approximation 0.075, Goodness-of-Fit Index 0.853, Adjusted Goodness-of-Fit Index 0.812, Tucker-Lewis Index 0.835, Incremental Fit Index 0.859, Comparative Fit Index 0.856, and Parsimony Goodness of Fit Index 0.669. Conclusions: Chinese version of the questionnaire is reliable and valid, and is an effective tool to assess enteral feeding among critically ill patients.
