摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：调查恶性肿瘤患儿化疗间歇期PICC导管维护现状及其影响因素，为护理人员进行PICC导管维护提供有效对策。方法：从2015年10月至2016年11月采用问卷调查法对我院114名恶性肿瘤患儿化疗间歇期PICC导管维护现状进行调查；采用SPSS21.0软件进行数据分析。结果：问卷总得分为（79.83±10.18)分，知识维度得分为（29.61±5.87)分，态度维度得分为（15.60±2.32)分，行为维度得分为（34.63±4.66)分；患儿年龄、父母文化程度、家庭月收入是PICC导管维护水平的影响因素，可解释总体变异的65.1%。结论：PICC导管维护现状处于中等水平，护理人员应针对患儿年龄及父母的社会背景进行针对性宣教并制定个性化导管维护措施，以降低置管相关并发症的发生，延长置管时间，减轻患儿痛苦，改善其生存质量。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the current situation and influence factors of PICC care in children with cancer during intermittent chemotherapy. Methods: The 114 children with cancer and their parents were investigated with self designed questionnaire, which included items of knowledge, attitude and behavior about PICC maintenance. Results: The total score of the questionnaire was (79.83±10.18). The score of the knowledge, attitude and behaviour of PICC maintenance was (29.61±5.87), (15.60±2.32) and (34.63±4.66) respectively. The age of children, parents education level and family income had influence on the PICC maintenance level. Conclusion: Nurses can provide education on PICC maintenance based on the children's age and their parents' background to reduce the side effects of PICC during intermittent chemotherapy, and improve the quality of life of the children with cancer.
