Abstract: The voice of medical staff for patient safety is an important part of clinical practice and an important guarantee for patient safety. This article reviews relevant research progress from the aspects of the definition and function of voice for patient safety, influencing factors, promotion strategies, etc., in order to provide basis for the current investigation and practice of voice for patients in China, and provide reference for constructing patient safety culture, improving patient safety management system, and ensuring patient safety.
