应对方式在重症医学科护士社会支持和职业倦怠间的中介作用

Mediating role of coping style between social support and burnout in ICU nurses

摘要: 目的:探讨重症医学科护士不同应对方式在社会支持与职业倦怠间的中介效应。方法:于2020年11月至2021年1月采用社会支持评定量表、简易应对方式问卷、Maslach职业倦怠量表对湖南省10家三级甲等综合医院的1?012名ICU护士进行问卷调查。结果:63.4%的ICU护士出现职业倦怠。应对方式在社会支持与职业倦怠间起部分中介效应,占总效应的32.1%,其中积极应对和消极应对的中介效应分别占总效应的26.2%和5.9%。结论:ICU护士职业倦怠发生率较高,社会支持不仅直接作用于职业倦怠,还通过应对方式间接影响职业倦怠,应对方式在ICU护士社会支持与职业倦怠中发挥中介作用。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the mediating effect of different coping styles on social support and burnout in ICU nurses. Methods: The Social Support Rate Scale, Simplified Coping Skill Questionnaire and Maslach Burnout Inventory were used to conduct a questionnaire survey in 1012 ICU nurses from 10 tertiary grade A general hospitals in Hunan province. Results: Burnout occurred in 63.4% of ICU nurses. Coping style partially mediated the relationship between social support and burnout, accounting for 32.1% of the total effect, among which the mediating effect of positive coping and negative coping was 26.2% and 5.9%, respectively. Conclusion: ICU nurses are with a high rate of burnout. Social support not only directly affects burnout, but also indirectly affects burnout through coping styles. Coping style plays a mediating role in social support and burnout of ICU nurses.
